1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Findlen, including the website at findlen.app, related mobile applications, and the tools we provide for creator accounts, quotations, bookings, and client delivery links (together, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service — including by opening a quotation link or a delivery link — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use Findlen on behalf of a studio, brand, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation.

2. Who we are

Findlen is operated in connection with Findlen and/or Vaaryan Interfaces. Findlen provides software tools for photography and videography businesses. We do not ourselves photograph events or perform creative services unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

3. What Findlen is

Findlen is a creator-led business platform. Creators (photographers, videographers, cinematographers, and similar professionals, including studios operating under a brand name) use Findlen to manage their work: profiles, business details, quotations, bookings, media uploads, and sharing of finished work with the people they serve.

Customers of a creator — the people who receive a quotation or a gallery of photos and videos — are not required to create a Findlen account. They typically receive a share link from the creator (for example a quotation at /q/{token} or a delivery at /d/{token}) and, where the creator has set a passcode, enter that passcode to view the material.

Findlen is not a client social network, client dashboard, or a marketplace that requires customers to join the app. Directory or discovery features, if enabled at a given time, are optional and are not the primary way customers receive quotations or deliveries.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Findlen account or to use the Service as a creator.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will comply with applicable laws, including those relating to privacy, publicity, and copyright

5. Creator and brand accounts

Findlen accounts are for creators and brands. You are responsible for your login credentials, for activity under your account, and for keeping profile and business details reasonably accurate.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or business
• Create fake or misleading accounts
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, other accounts, or data

You may record business details used on quotations and client-facing pages (for example a business name, logo, phone number, and studio address). Those details are shown as you provide them. Findlen does not independently verify every business claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or other violations of these Terms.

6. Customer records (clients need not have Findlen accounts)

Creators may store names, phone numbers, email addresses, and related notes about their own customers in order to send quotations, manage bookings, and share deliveries. Those records belong to the creator's business relationship. The customer does not become a Findlen app user merely because a creator saved their contact details or sent them a link.

Some people may already have a Findlen account from an earlier period. That does not mean new customers must sign up. Opening a quotation or delivery link is not registration for a Findlen account.

Creators are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use their customers' contact details, and for how they send share links (for example by WhatsApp, SMS, or email).

7. Quotations

Creators may prepare quotations in Findlen and share them via a link (typically /q/{token}). A quotation may be protected by a passcode chosen by the creator. Findlen hashes stored passcodes and does not treat a quotation link as a Findlen login.

A quotation is a communication tool between the creator and the recipient. Findlen is not a party to the commercial terms of the shoot unless we expressly say otherwise. Pricing, taxes shown on a quotation, deposits, and payment instructions are set by the creator.

8. Bookings

Creators may create and manage bookings and related events in Findlen (schedules, deliverable plans, financial notes, and similar records). Bookings may arise from an accepted quotation or may be created directly by the creator.

Findlen does not guarantee that a booking will take place, that the creator will deliver on time, or that the customer will pay. Disputes about the underlying job are between the creator and their customer.

9. Photos, videos, and other content

Creators upload photos, videos, portfolio work, logos, and related files. Findlen stores and processes that material so the creator can organise it, display it where they choose, and share it through delivery links and other features of the Service.

You retain whatever intellectual property rights you already have in content you upload. By uploading, you grant Findlen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service — including generating previews, serving time-limited view/download links, sending emails you request, and showing branded client-facing pages.

You confirm that you own the content or have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and to share it in the way you choose (including with named recipients or, if you enable public access, with anyone who obtains the link). This includes permissions from people who appear in photographs or videos, and any music, logos, or third-party material included in the files.

10. Client delivery links (/d)

A creator may generate a delivery link for a booking (typically /d/{token}). That link is a shareable view of the client-visible photos, videos, and related files for that booking. It is not a Findlen client portal, dashboard, or app account.

Recipients do not need to sign up, sign in, or join Findlen to open a delivery. The page does not provide Findlen product navigation such as Explore, Network, or a creator dashboard.

The creator controls what is included, whether downloads are allowed, whether a passcode is required, and whether the delivery is public. The creator may disable or replace the link. If a delivery is no longer available, that is a sharing decision or a technical state of that link — it is not an invitation to create a Findlen account.

11. Passcode-protected deliveries

By default, a booking delivery is not public. The creator typically shares a link and a passcode with the intended recipients. Findlen stores a hash of the passcode, not the passcode itself, after it is set.

After a correct passcode is entered, Findlen may keep a short-lived browser cookie so the recipient does not have to re-enter the passcode for that same link during the cookie's lifetime. That cookie is not a Findlen user account and does not sign anyone into the Findlen app.

Anyone the creator gives the link and passcode to may be able to view (and, if the creator allowed downloads, download) the shared content. The creator is responsible for distributing the passcode carefully.

12. Public delivery links

A creator may choose to make a delivery public.

Anyone who obtains a public delivery link may be able to view and, where downloads are enabled, download content made available through it — without a passcode.

The creator is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to make the content publicly accessible.

Findlen provides the technical sharing mechanism and does not decide whether a particular delivery should be public.

13. Creator-controlled public sharing

Public access is off by default. It is never turned on automatically when a delivery link is created. Enabling public access requires an affirmative action by the creator and a confirmation in the product. The creator can turn public access off again, after which a passcode is required once more (unless the creator later re-enables public access).

Making a delivery public is the creator's choice and the creator's responsibility. Findlen does not review each delivery to decide whether it ought to be public.

14. Downloading and further sharing of delivery content

If the creator allows downloads, recipients may download files that the Service makes available. View and download access is provided through time-limited signed links to files stored in our cloud storage. Those links are not permanent public Google Cloud Storage addresses, and they expire.

Once a file has been downloaded or otherwise copied by a recipient, Findlen cannot control what that person does with the copy. Creators should not enable public access or downloads if they are not comfortable with that risk.

Recipients must not scrape, bulk-copy, or attempt to bypass access controls, expired links, or disabled deliveries.

15. Acceptable use

You may use Findlen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content
• Harass, threaten, or spam others
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or platform activity where such features exist
• Use automated systems or bots without authorisation
• Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Copy or scrape platform content or other users' content without permission

16. Copyright and content ownership

As between you and Findlen, you retain ownership of your photos, videos, and other creator content. Findlen and/or Vaaryan Interfaces own the Service itself — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — except for content uploaded by users.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce the Findlen platform or its branding without prior written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@findlen.app with enough detail for us to locate the material. We may remove or restrict content where we consider it appropriate.

17. Creator responsibility for rights and permissions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, licences, and consents needed to upload content and to share it through Findlen — including with specific recipients and, if you enable it, as a public delivery. This is especially important for public sharing, because anyone who obtains the link may be able to view or download the content.

Findlen does not obtain model releases, venue permissions, or music licences on your behalf, and does not decide that a particular gallery is suitable for public access.

18. Moderation and content removal

Findlen may review, restrict, remove, or suspend content, links, or accounts that violate these Terms, infringe rights, contain harmful or illegal material, or threaten the integrity or security of the Service. We may act without prior notice where we consider it necessary.

19. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Creator services and customer payments

Creators set their own pricing, availability, cancellation terms, and service conditions. Payments for shoots and similar work are arranged between the creator and their customer (including off-platform payment methods). Findlen is not responsible for those payments, refunds, chargebacks, or service delivery.

You are responsible for complying with tax, invoicing, and other legal requirements that apply to your business.

Findlen subscriptions

Findlen may offer paid plans for creators. On the web, subscription billing may be processed by Razorpay. On Apple devices, in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your full payment card number.

App Store subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple handles billing, subscription management, and refunds for App Store purchases according to Apple's terms. You may manage or cancel those subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

If we introduce additional payment features later, we will update these Terms as needed.

20. Service limitations

Findlen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability
• That every upload, email, or share link will succeed
• The quality of a creator's work or the authenticity of every recipient
• That a public or passcode link will remain secret once the creator has shared it
• That downloaded copies can be recalled
• Successful bookings, payments, or collaborations

Delivery pages are not a complete archive service. Creators should keep their own backups of original files. Signed view/download links expire. Face-search or "find me" features are not offered on delivery links.

21. Account suspension, deletion, and records

You may request deletion of your Findlen account through account settings or by contacting support. We typically mark accounts and related business records as deleted and stop using them in the live product (a soft-delete), rather than instantly destroying every backup copy. Some information may be retained where needed for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Findlen may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or harm the Service or others. Termination may remove profile visibility and access to the creator tools.

22. Privacy

Your use of Findlen is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

23. Third-party services and infrastructure

The Service uses third-party infrastructure and tools, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud Storage, Google sign-in and Apple sign-in, Google reCAPTCHA (including for App Check and phone verification), transactional email delivery, and (where you purchase a plan) Razorpay and/or the Apple App Store.

Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that you choose to use, including messaging apps a creator uses to send a share link.

24. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findlen disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Optional account checks or plan features do not guarantee the authenticity of every user or interaction.

25. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findlen, Vaaryan Interfaces, and associated parties shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Disputes between creators and their customers
• Unauthorised viewing or copying of content after a link or passcode is shared, or after a creator makes a delivery public
• Offline incidents or interactions

arising from use of the Service.

26. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Findlen, Vaaryan Interfaces, employees, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content, including photos and videos you upload or share
• Your decision to make a delivery public or to share a link or passcode
• Your violation of these Terms or of others' rights
• Your dealings with customers or other users

27. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Users outside India are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.

28. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
